baby face in 75 minutes?
take 10 years off your face — no needles, no pain!
What I love most about Kobido massage is that while you relax, I give your face muscles an intense workout, and at the end we both get to enjoy how things have lifted here and smoothed there.
But that’s not all I have up my sleeve for your wellbeing!

Kobido 250 PLN
Japanese lifting facial massage. Five parts: deep tissue work, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, lifting, and acupressure. You leave relaxed, with a face that looks like it had a properly regenerating night of sleep. The lifting effect is visible immediately (though not permanent). If you’re after total relaxation — I recommend this one. No special preparation needed; you can even eat lunch beforehand, since you’ll mostly be lying on your back.
book nowKobido + taping 300 PLN
To deepen the lifting effect, Kobido can be followed by taping in three areas. Options: reducing the “double” chin (chin + neck), softening nasal folds, smoothing the frown line on the forehead, or the crow’s feet at the temples.
book nowClassical massage — partial 150 PLN
Available in different combinations: back + arms, back + legs, or just back. Depending on your sensitivity and whether you go for massages regularly, it can be firmer or lighter. Aim: releasing tension. If you don’t do sports or get massages, I’d advise against starting with a hard squeeze — a single classical massage won’t undo years of desk work.
book nowClassical massage — full body 200 PLN
Covers legs, arms, back, abdomen and chest — or chosen combinations. Pressure depends on your sensitivity, but the goal is releasing tension. Works best as a regular part of self-care, not as a one-off.
book nowSports massage 200 PLN
Intensive massage for people regularly training something. Depending on the discipline and the moment in the training-competition season, focused on specific muscle groups.
book nowChinese cupping massage 200 PLN
Massage using silicone cups that draw skin and subcutaneous tissue through negative pressure. Reduces muscle and fascial tension, firms the skin, and has an “anti-cellulite” effect (cellulite is, naturally, a normal skin feature!). Cupping works on legs, sides, arms — optionally finishing with cups on the back, for general wellbeing.
book nowLymphatic drainage — legs 200 PLN
A slow, mechanical movement of lymph aimed at reducing leg swelling. If you stand a lot at work, are pregnant, or simply tend to swell — it helps. Very relaxing, though long and not at all an intensive massage.
book nowReiki session 200 PLN
A method of energy work developed by Mikao Usui, aimed at activating the body’s potential for self-healing — and at deep relaxation. The session transmits universal life energy (rei — universal, ki — life energy, as in qi in Traditional Chinese Medicine) through hands placed at specific points on the body. My favourite part: you don’t have to believe in Reiki for it to work.

And I want to offer you that forgetting through bodywork.
Hi, my name is Marta Saracyn! After a substantial career in the non-profit sector, I decided to shift my focus from the communal level to working with individuals.
I believe that body and mind are inseparable, and that working with physical tension is also working with emotions, and vice versa. In the constant pursuit of wellbeing, my tools are: classical massage, Japanese Kobido massage and Reiki sessions.
I completed a vocational course in classical massage, levels I and II, in the extended 120-hour variant, at Akademia Urody.
I trained in Kobido massage at the school of Tomasz Tomasik — a pioneer of the method, who introduced Kobido to Poland. At Akademia Spa Tomasz Tomasik I also completed a course in aesthetic taping.
I received my first- and second-degree Reiki training and initiation in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system from Ola Żelaznowska-Słowik.
